Elisher J. Williams

Elisher J. Williams' formal education began at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. There, he pursued a Bachelor of Arts in English Composition with a focus on critical theory. During his time at Purdue University, Elisher was dedicated to community service, founding and volunteering with multiple organizations focused on increasing community involvement for high school and college students. His passion for serving his community continued through law school and his career as an attorney.
Elisher obtained his law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he was a Henry Clay Merit Scholar, a Lunsford Academy for Law, Business + Technology Fellow, the Executive Symposium Editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Review, and served as an officer in multiple extracurricular student groups. He completed the virtual "boot camp" with the Institute for the Future Practice of Law, culminating with a fellowship in the Innovation and General Counsel's Offices at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport.
Elisher's practice focuses primarily on Construction Law, handling complex construction litigation and assisting clients with contract drafting and review. Elisher's also has significant experience in commerical real estate transactions, environmental law, civil rights litigation, general corporate litigation, and domestic relations.

In addition to his practice, Elisher spends much of his time with his wife, Laurel Wilkey, his son, and their two dogs. Elisher enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports, hiking and swimming, and exploring the Cincinnati Metro Area. He remains a very active volunteer in the community, devoting time to various charitable organizations. He has assisted many non-profit and volunteer organizations by providing legal advice and services, including: formation, compliance with state and federal law and regulations, contract and lease review, and, when necessary, litigation support.
