Dustin D. Ruhe is an associate attorney whose practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, with an emphasis on complex construction disputes. He is experienced in arbitration, mediation, business formation, contract negotiation, and corporate litigation.
Dustin began his legal journey at the University of Cincinnati, where he earned his B.A. in Political Science. His advocacy career started in Washington, D.C., where he worked to influence U.S. policy in support of ethnic and religious minorities in Pakistan. This formative experience continues to shape his client-centered approach to legal representation.
Dustin earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While in law school, he served on Moot Court Honor Board and completed a federal judicial internship with the Honorable Michael R. Barrett of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
He is licensed to practice in both Kentucky and Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Northern Kentucky Bar Association, and Cincinnati Bar Association.
In addition to his practice, Dustin is an avid Cincinnati sports fan and enjoys spending his time exploring the City of Cincinnati with his wife, Rachel.
